  16. I wouldnt waste any money on it. I had one for three months which my 
  17. brother bought for me from computer city for $10. It is not completely 
  18. compatible with all DOS based communication programs. I had trouble with 
  19. some medical software. There are better solutions to increase modem 
  20. cps speed with Win 3.1; or you can move up to Win 95.
